a blackout hit Puerto Rico's capital and surrounding areas on Thursday after two of the US

Territories main power plants shutdown.

While officials said the outage was limited to four municipalities, personal accounts across

social media reported outages and other areas as well, the blackout caused traffic issues and knocked out water service

to dozens of neighborhoods.

Roberta Jacobson, the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico has handed in her resignation.

Jacobson is the latest in a string of high-level diplomats to lead the State

Department since President Trump took office.

And speaking of changes in the White House, we know President Trump's senior advisor

Jared Kushner's security clearance was recently downgraded.

New reports say Kushner tried securing a loan from the Minister of Finance of Qatar,

and now it's come to light that following cutter's refusal to lend the company

money that several Middle Eastern countries with Kushner's backing imposed a blockade against

cutter. NBC News reports that Mueller is investigating of Kushner's foreign business transactions

have affected Trump's policies.

Libby Schaff, the mayor of Oakland, made a controversial move last Saturday when she publicly warned the

immigrant community that ICE would be doing a raid on Northern California.

Since Sunday night, ICE officers have arrested more than 150 people in Northern California and an operation
