Now, some of you are going, all right, Ken, here's the deal.

I just got laid off. I feel like I'm going to get laid off. My company is not sure blah blah blah blah blah. All the bad stuff.

It's all real. You're going, Ken, listen.

Is this going to set me back forever? No, it isn't.

Your purpose, your unique role, none of that has evaporated right now.

Now, if you have to pivot into priorities instead of focusing on that long term purpose, that's fine. There's no shame in that.

Everybody is affected by this. Swallow your pride, do whatever it takes.

Go get some work where people are hiring. Batten down the hatches.

And you will come out on the other side of this thing.

I didn't say it was going to be easy. I didn't say it was going to be painless.

I didn't say it was going to be, hey, I just go over here and do this.

You're going to have to get after it.

But this situation is going to get better.

Okay? And I don't know when and I don't know how quickly.

There's so many opinions right now that the fact of the matter is nobody knows.

But here's what we do know.

If the people can start going back to work, people want to go to restaurants and people want to get out and spend a little bit with their going to.
