We have a guest here who is refusing to pay her bill and we think she may, she sounds

Led to what may be the most infamous and tragic missing persons cases in recent history in

Malibu.

On September 17, 2009, a 24-year-old beauty pageant contestant and psychology graduate named

my Trees Richardson was arrested after acting erratically and failing to pay her bill at

the Malibu restaurant Jopri's.

There's two minutes away from the spot where Lane Park's car was found.

She was brought to the Lawtill Sheriff's Station where her mother called and asked whether

it'd be possible to get my Trees that night or if she needed to wait until morning.

Here's that very call.

I'm her mother and are you guys want to book her and then release her on her own recognit

tonight because it's dark, she doesn't have a car and I don't want her wandering.

I think the only way I will come and get her tonight is if you guys are going to release

her tonight.

It's going to be held in custody for some type of arrangement tomorrow and I will wait
