Hello everyone welcome back to another bald move prestige movie today we're talking about the 2004 black existential comedy

directed by David O Russell who you might call also shot Three Kings,

starring George Clooney at the hall.

The Fighter, Silver Lining's Playbook, American Hustle,

all movies that I really like.

He's also directing the upcoming

Amsterdam. It's a screenplay co-written by Jeff Baina, which I didn't see, I guess he

has several other screen credits, none I recognized.

This has a nice score by John Brione, who you might recognize from the score of Magnolia,

Punched Drunk Love, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind,

Synectaky, I think that's how you pronounce that in New York, and Lady Bird.

Does a lot of indie weird films. The cast is stunning. Dustin Hoffman, Jude Law,

Jason Schwartzman, Lily Tomlin, Mark Wahlberg, Naomi Watts, Isabella Hoopert, I'm not really sure I pronounce her name.

Jonah Hill, early Jonah Hill work, Bob Gunton, Talia, Talia, Talia, Talya, Shire, Rocky's wife.

Gene Smart, Kevin Dunn, Richard Jenkins, and Shania Twain,

feeling like a woman.

This is one of my favorite films,

and I've seen it, this is the fourth time I've seen it, and I haven't seen it for three or four years, and I find myself growing in appreciation and estimation of this movie day by day. I can't wait to talk with you about it Jim, but first what did you think of this David O Russell film?

I want to talk about what Roger Ebert thought of this movie first.
