And it's Easter Sunday. We have a lot to celebrate today. Yes and amen. So two things are

normative Easter Sunday. One, the pastor wears a sport coat. So that's for sure. And then the

second thing is that we give testimonies. It's been a tradition for 15 years that we testify to how

we've seen the risen Lord. And framing that,

if you have your Bible, it'll be in Matthew 28. We'll stop in 1st Corinthians 15 just for a bit,

but Matthew 28 will be our primary text. And over the last couple of months, I've been walking

through something with my mom, my dad is getting to the final days of his life.

He's 86. And so in prepping for his estate, one of the things I've been charged with by my brothers

is to help find a burial plot for my family. And I don't know if you've ever had the task of doing

something like that, but I pulled on to, there's a funeral home where we have several relatives that have been buried, a grandmother, some aunts, uncles, cousins.

And so I went and it reminded me of buying a car.

Like, you go and there are so many things that you have to decide in picking out a burial plot. From cremation to

burial to mausoleum to underground, there's just a lot happening. And so in the course of

us finding a lot, which I thought would be really good for my mom and dad, the guy that was selling

it to me, who's a really nice guy, but he said, you know why I like this lot?

And he starts describing the trees, he describes the peaceful feeling.

But he said, just a couple of plots over is the Norris estate.

And I said, the Norris estate.

Who's the Norris estate?

He said, Chuck Norris' mom is buried there. He said, Chuck himself has a

plot right over there. And so he kind of saw me smirk a little bit. This was prior to Chuck dying,

actually. It was a couple of weeks before. And he said, yeah, we realized that Chuck doesn't need a grave.
