just did Boston. I have Pittsburgh and Philadelphia left and then I have a few

other cities that I'm adding like Houston, Miami, Chicago, New Orleans, Texas. I

just said Houston. A few other cities I'm going but that's been taken up a lot of

time. I've been like a really emotionally drained, really tired. I've been

staying in every city for one day and coming right back to take my kids to school

and do what I need to do with my family and it's just been a lot for me and

then after the Boston show it's nothing more than I wanted to do than just

relax and I'm lying. Like I needed to recharge so much from just being exhausted

and overwhelmed and I want to make sure that I'm constantly showing up in my

fullest capacity and when I don't feel like I can show up in that way that I'm

giving myself grace and I'm giving myself the space to relax and why and to do

whatever it is that I need to do for me whether it's laying in the bed whether

it's getting some rest whether it's freaking taking myself out to eat.

Journaling I don't know what it is hanging out with my friends going to see my

grandma. Allowing myself the space to do what I need to do to show up for

myself and not feeling guilty about it a lot of us work so hard and we do so
