say the words I'm sorry those words get stuck in my mouth and I have well you just you just said them

I mean to somebody else that if I'm wrong you know I'm I'm saying? I could say the words. But if I have an argument and I know I'm wrong, the way I would make up is I could put it with my husband, I jump on his lap and give him a kiss or give him a hug. That's fine. I hope you never say I'm sorry again. I think that's the most BS. Two words.
