I hate my neighbour. So I found a legal loophole to get her evicted. This happened about

four to five years ago, but just the thought of this time still has my butt puckered with anger

despite the revenge. It's been cathartic to write it all down, so thanks in advance. The story

begins with me looking for my first property.

My late father was battling terminal illness at the time, and because of some technicalities

with the healthcare system, he needed to prove he lived in my province for more than 50% of the

year to get the treatments covered. They were staying at a friend's in town rent-free, and as they

didn't own the property in our province

anymore, they signed on to the place with utilities for my place to show records of them staying here.

We found this place, and it was perfect for us. Smaller building, allows dogs, two beds, two

bath, five minutes from the hospital that my partner worked at, and my dad was getting treatment

from.

However, going through the condo documents and minutes from the last couple of years of meetings,

we find records of an ongoing spat between the previous owners of my unit with the people below.

There were complaints from both parties, police called, a few other things, resulting

in a very expensive

sound evaluator contractor to come in and check if everything was up to code. His evaluation had the

currently installed flooring at double above the condo and city bylaw building codes, and it stated

that any further complaints would be ignored on the matter. So we decided to go for it

as my dad's treatments became a lot more intrusive, and with how often he was in the hospital,
