So y'all, I got a group text from a friend of mine, actually just yesterday, because she's trying to plan her summer vacation, and she's trying to have a little girl hangout time.

And so I was excited.

What's the destination?

It's Caribbean.

That's my love language.

Let's do it. And so I'm looking, like it was a miracle because my calendar was free. I was like, oh my gosh, it's open. I could do something, get the kids, put them somewhere, drop them off somewhere. We're about to go and have a good time at an undisclosed location where photos are not taken. And so we're about to have a good time. And so I was excited and I was like, yes, let's go. She started giving me the details. Then I asked, because I'm that person that says, who are all going? Y'all know what I'm talking about. Somebody's like, oh, let's all go out to eat it. Okay, I mean, I want to go with you. But who all? Because my connection with you is not going to be the same as my connection with people connected to you. You know what I'm saying? You got a different kind of grace than I got. And so I want to know how it was going. And she was like, why? Girl, don't try me. Not today. I need to know.

I need to know.

I need to know.

I need to know who's going.

And so she starts telling me who's going.

And I saw two names on there that were kind of like a question mark.

I was like, oh, we're not friends like that because we're in a different season of life. Y'all like church, they kind of, they kind of fly by church every now and then. They're not like really in it with the Lord. So I was like, oh, I said, but that's okay. This is my friend. She loved Jesus. It's okay. All, all the Jesus lovers, we're going to outnumber the sketchy. So we'll be all right. You got to look at the balance, y'all. You got to look at the balance. That's why you can't be the only spiritual one in the group. Don't act like you're about to influence everybody. Get out of there. And so, so I said, okay, that's cool. Then I saw who they were inviting. I said, oh, girl, we're getting far. It's not Jesus at the center. We're getting far from the center. It's Jesus on the outskirts. I was like, girl. So I was so sad, y'all, and I'm telling you it was nothing but the Holy Spirit. And he was like, you can't go. Why, Lord? Lord, you know what? Listen, I'm going to stay focused. You know what, this is going to be a time for me to share with them. It's going to be fine. He was like, you can't go. You can't go. And he started explaining to me, which I already knew. He's like, this is going to be a relaxed environment. You want to have fun. You don't know what you might be exposed to just because you're part of this group.

Why?

And something could happen on this trip that make you regret going that could undo work I've been doing in you and through you.

Why?

Why?

All this is going to take is for one picture to get posted, one something to get.
