Hey Chad, you know, our normal, our regular listeners, your mom and my mom, they know that we often do these calls like for ourselves and you set this one up and so I this I didn't like pull this call for me but this is for me, but this is for me.

Like, I'm somebody, we're going to talk leadership today with the lady who's an expert in this stuff,

and I'm somebody that was, like in many many ways thrust into a leadership position.

I didn't sign up for this shit Chad. You know that this like we all kind of

signed up to like be a part of Ben's world and then at some one day I woke up and I'm like oh my gosh

like I have people that work for me.

Like I'm their leader, I have no formal training in this stuff.

So I'm excited to talk to our guests today.

Just maybe again to get some ideas myself.

I'm plotting through, like, with a blindfold on essentially, which I think is the case in a lot of

organizations for people that end up as leaders I think it is I think a lot of

people are thrust into leadership it's not as many people as maybe belong there

and I think we'll get some great tips today

for some of our audience who have found themselves

in a leadership position
