Because today is a special episode. It's not Tuesday. Today is Sunday. And it is Mother's Day today.

Happy Mother's Day to everybody out there who's a mama or who's celebrating their mama. And happy Sunday to those of you who don't celebrate Mother's Day because that's okay too. Yeah, Mother's Day

can be a hard day for a lot of people. I know that like, for sure. Either it's your relationship with

your mother or you're missing your mom in some form because she's either not with us anymore,

or you guys just don't have the sort of relationship where you would want to celebrate Mother's Day,

and that's completely normal and okay. Absolutely. I know that a lot of people watch this show because either

it reminds them of their mom or they watch it with their mom. And I think there's just a lot of

mother relationships on this show that are worth diving into. Yeah, we could not pass up the

opportunity to talk about it on Mother's Day. Yeah, because I feel like the main thing that people

love about the show is the mother-daughter relationship between Lorelai and Rory is because it's so, for lack of a better word, weird.

Very unconventional.

They're so close.

Like I know a lot of people say that like they have a relationship that's like

Lorela and Rory in the good ways and the bad ways because it's not always easy to be

best friends with your mom when you can't be the mother.

You can't pull the mother card on your own mom. Is your relationship with your mom anything like

Lorela and Rory's relationship? I think now, yes. Oh, as an adult, it's so much easier.
