Is the dream job nothing more than a childhood fantasy?

No, it's not.

What does the dream job look like and feel like?

Well, it looks like a person who is experiencing tremendous joy and satisfaction,

because they're doing what they do best, so things just are operating at a high level

of efficiency.

And then the work itself is so enjoyable because of the combination of being good at it,

and believing in the results, the results matter.

And so this is where talent, passion, values, they all kind of come together.

And in that moment, a person experiences what me, she exempt me high, famed psychologists,

calls flow.

He actually uses the word ecstasy to describe what it feels like, and it is possible.

And by the way, it's needed.

We're not doing this just because we want to live our best life.

I mean, this isn't about motivation.
