0:22.4	Sure. What's up? I just have a question for you. I'm a long-time listener. We've listened for about 10 years.
0:31.1	And I just am curious about your own personal story when you went through bankruptcy. It seems like, if I understand correctly, you became a millionaire pretty quickly after that.
0:43.6	Or if I'm incorrect, maybe I'm incorrect on that.
0:46.0	But I just am wondering, how did you do that?
0:49.6	It just, it seems so slow to pay off our mortgage.
0:53.3	And so I'm a little bit discouraged.
0:55.0	Like I see all these young kids on YouTube, you know, doing all of these, I don't know,
1:00.9	investment type things where they're built, like buying duplexes, living in half of it.
1:05.4	You know, I forget what that's called.
1:07.1	But I'm just curious.
1:09.1	It just seems so slow.
1:10.8	Okay. No, it was about 10 years for us.
1:14.5	Ten years. We filed bankruptcy in 1988. It was probably about 98 or even near 2000, somewhere in there
1:21.0	before we hit a million dollar net worth. I guess, I've never gone back and looked at it, but it's
1:25.1	somewhere like that. It was not, wasn't that fast.
