Hello everybody and welcome back to my podcast, Esme's Country Life.

In today's episode, number one, I need to give you a big apology because I've done something

very, very bad. Also, I'm going to be talking about how I fell off this week, so I have been humbled.

I, yep, hit the deck, so I'm going to be talking all about that, how that happened, as well as

how I had an allergic reaction this week. So a lot of things have gone wrong. Anyway, before we begin,
