0:13.4	Hi Dr Laura, thank you for taking my call. I'm a 72 year old woman. I've been married for 50 years. I was in business and I am in business with my husband and
0:29.9	we started the business about 40 years ago and we've had our ups and downs and we have
0:38.7	three children all grown and we hired one of our children to come in and help us and she's done a terrific job.
0:49.0	And when we hired her in, we both agreed to give her 10% of the company, which we did.
0:58.0	Now we're at a point where we're thinking about selling the business.
1:02.0	And my husband went behind my back
1:07.0	contacted the attorney and the the accountants presented me with a form that said he wanted to give 50% of the business
1:19.2	to this one daughter.
1:21.9	And I said, I totally disagree with that we have two other children
1:27.2	certainly she should be you know get a bonus or if we sell the company but right now the company is a couple of questions
1:36.5	couple of questions okay how many years has she worked for you in the company? Just give me a number.

1:46.0	And what percentage increase in the quality of the business, money, whatever, has been because of her good work?
1:58.0	I would say she's taken it, given us like an 80% increase in it.
2:05.0	Then, your husband is absolutely correct.
