I got my McDonald's Coke. finished a tackle bell bean burrito,

my comfort food of choice, my solace. This day has literally been, I don't even know,

whipping me around like, you know, the pussycat dolls in a music video with their hair.

Like, that's the, I'm getting whiplash from this day.

I'm going to be honest with you.

And here's the thing.

I want to apologize for not being more communicative with the podcast in terms of when a new episode was coming out.

But then at the same time, everyone's like, you don't need to apologize for taking time.

But the holidays were crazy. And I'm talking like I-5 L.A.

So I don't want to apologize, but this is my non-apology apology, but letting you know I should

have been like yo I'm taking a month off but I didn't want to do that because I wanted to do the

podcast but at the same time it was like I didn't have the capacity like it wasn't going to happen

and I didn't want to admit it so it was like me promising and breaking promises to myself but
