Well, my question is how do I move open a leadership role with a different company if I know there is no former advancement where I'm at now?

Well, the simple answer is you find a company where there is a ladder where they are known for developing and promoting their people and you move into that culture, that organization and you know your role, which is clarity, accept your role attitude, maximize your role effort and that makes you extremely, promotable.

And that's how you move up.

What if I don't prove? Well, my question is like I've been with my company for six years now and I have moved to the ladder.

I know there is one position beyond where I'm at but it's a very limited role and there's only four positions out of like a hundred that could move into it.

And it's only four people who've been there for like 20 years.

I think I've hit the more or less at the top where I'm at now, but I don't have any higher education except I do have my leadership experience that I have got in the role that I've had now.

You basically were saying that your current leadership experience may not be as valuable as your actual leadership as a degree.

And it's like, well, I don't have a degree. I don't have higher education. Who cares?

There's no college in America that I'm aware of at least that is going to put you through a leadership degree and prepare you to do what you've already been doing.
