Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent. Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk.

This walk is probably going to sound a little different than our usual 10 minutes together.

And even if it doesn't sound different, it's going to feel different because it is different.

I'm actually living probably my number one example of you don't have to sit when they say sit.

And this was something I learned where I got my very first step tracker.

I was counting steps. I had a step goal to reach that goal, which was always a challenge.

It was like, where can I find more opportunities to walk?

And one of the first things I discovered was when I have my oil changed, I don't have to sit in the waiting room.

I can get up and go walk.

And so that's what's happening right now.

Just drop my car off to get the oil changed.

It is at the dealer, which is located on a busy highway.

So that's what you're hearing, the traffic going by the busy highway.

Now they have a very nice waiting room. There's free coffee,

big screen TV, comfortable chairs, internet outlets for power cords, but I don't have to sit.

And so I'm choosing not to sit and instead I'm taking a walk and it's actually a nice day. And so this, this is kind of,

kind of different. It's different for me and it's different for you, at least how it sounds. And in a

moment, I'm going to be moving away from this busy highway so you're not going to hear this

the entire time.
