0:05.8	newsletter is going to be I didn't emotionally engage with her so she cheated on me.
0:12.3	I've got to email this guy's 31 years old and so for the past year he's had kind of a casual
0:19.4	girlfriend.
0:21.6	Really when you go through his emails, they've mostly been friends with benefits.
0:26.6	And so when he was busy focused on his business and his work, he's got a side hustle he's
0:34.6	got going, he wasn't paying much attention to her.
0:43.0	And you get the sense from just reading through this that he really was never that into her.
0:44.6	And this is a great, even though they weren't really super committed boyfriend, girlfriend,
0:51.0	just, you know, again, when you go through it, what you notice is the consequences
0:55.5	of not dating and courting your girl properly because a big important part of being in a
1:00.5	relationship with somebody is they have to feel like you actually care for them.
1:05.7	And the way this guy behaved or treated this girl, he treated her like he just really
1:10.0	didn't care for her that
1:11.2	much. And quite frankly, that's pretty accurate. The only, because remember, rejection breeds obsession.
1:18.6	And so what ends up happening is he goes over to her house and sees her walking, holding hands
1:26.1	with a male co-worker of his.
1:28.1	Obviously, he was devastated.
1:29.9	And then from that point forward, he goes from not really caring too much to, to rejection
1:35.5	breeds obsession to, I got to make her my girl.
1:38.8	And it just goes, you know, so I've done so many phone sessions over the years with guys
