Summary

Jennie continues her conversation with Emmy-award winner Carrie Preston, as they explore aging with intention and how self-acceptance isn’t something you arrive at… it’s something you practice. It's a reminder that choosing yourself doesn’t mean becoming someone new… it means giving yourself permission to be exactly who you are.
