0:04.0	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be, I can't keep up with my athlete girlfriend.
0:10.0	So I have an email, it's actually a short one from a guy who he works out.
0:15.0	He's in good shape himself.
0:17.0	But his girlfriend, who's totally in love with him, is a professional endurance athlete.
0:23.2	And obviously she loves to hike and be outdoors, and she wants to share that with him.
0:29.0	And so they've gone, they go hiking, but he's just like, man, I cannot keep up with this girl.
0:35.4	And he could tell that like when he's gassed and she's just totally full of
0:40.6	energy that her attitude towards him kinds of, it changes. She can tell us she loses a little bit
0:47.2	of respect. So he's like, what do I do? Do I? Because if I tell her to do something easier,
0:53.6	then I'm going to look like a bitch.
0:55.4	And I don't want to look like a bitch to my girlfriend.
0:58.1	And just reading this reminded me of one of my girlfriends I talked about in 3% man who,
1:05.3	she was, she won the misfigure competition.
1:07.6	She's just, and even to this day, she's an absolutely incredible athlete. And when we
1:13.9	met, I was like 34. She was 22, I think it was. And she was just in much better shaped in me.
1:21.2	And I remember I had been slacking for a while. It hadn't been working out with weights or anything.
1:25.4	I think I talked about this in one of the audio
1:28.2	tracks that's in the members area on my website. I just remember having sex with her one time and just
1:35.4	being absolutely gassed just because we were going at it with each other and it's like, I couldn't
1:42.3	keep up, man. I was thinking, damn, I need to get my ass back in the gym. And so just, I mean, we used to work out together a lot, but she just did so many more things than me and kind of left me in the dust. And so, but we always had fun and we always laughed a lot. Even this day when we talk and catch up, we still do a lot of laughing and giggling,
