So today we're chatting with a man who reached out to us with a really interesting subject line

that read emotion blindness, and what he was referring to was something called

Alexith the Mania. I always got stuck pronouncing these hard ones, which is a trait in which someone

is unable to identify or describe emotions. And a headline I read was titled for people with

Alexith the Mania emotions are a mystery, and approximately 10% of the general population has this.

So today we'll be speaking with someone who has, as he said, a quite severe case of this,

and we'll be learning more about this psychological trait and how it affects his life.
