Welcome back to this week's episode of Unlocked.

Last week I gave you an update right before we were going into Mom's Reese

sentencing hearing and well now I'll give you a little debrief and I feel like I was a little debrief and I feel like I was a little vague because I was kind of like walking on thin ice.

But now at this point I have nothing to lose. So that's why I'm going to tell the

truth and nothing but the truth and I'm not going to hold back. I'm not going to sit and act like it's not a certain way. I'm just going to tell you what I think and what occurred in Atlanta, in Fulton County, in the courtroom with this federal judge because I feel like

a lot of people are really shocked.

I know that entertainment tonight put out a quote from the judge and when they did that press kind of went wild and my publicist said she got so many phone calls from press outlets stating like

please just let Savannah know we're so sorry like a comment like this is

just it's baffling and it's uncalled for and the comment that was made and then so I don't leave you hanging is I hope you and this is the judge speaking I hope you and everyone concerned with this

case are more concerned with your children's well-being and not with TV ratings or podcast my sentence

will not change. So that's who we're dealing with. But to take us a few steps back a few weeks ago when we got I guess well not a few weeks ago probably two months ago

Three months ago whenever we got the date for the resentencing hearing, our lawyers immediately

filed a motion asking that mom be able to appear via Zoom. And that's very

customary, especially when you're already sitting in prison.

If you're already sitting in prison, why waste taxpayer dollars to transport you for an hour-long

hearing?

It doesn't make sense. The math's not math and so very

customary. The judge of course, well the judge denies it, but before the judge denied it, our lawyer was in contact with her clerk to set up doing this

recendencing hearing via Zoom.

And they were getting it all set up with our lawyers,

with the prison, with mom's counselor.
