Lately one phrase that's been gaining a lot of traction is sandwich caregiving

or sandwich generation. These terms refer to people who are taking care of their

children and their parents or their grandparents. And yes, these buzzwords exist

because it's such a common experience. In fact, it's the exact predicament that
