and you said the most important element of what's going on is the uncertainty that is being created by the yo-yo with the Trump administration's decisions to impose tariffs, make them softer, make them harsher.

Now they've been, you know, undone, at least part of them,

at least the law that he used to pretextually used to impose sanctions has been undone by

the Supreme Court. They said it wasn't legal. I'm looking at the Wall Street Journal right now.

The Supreme Court ruling on President Trump's tariffs has unleashed a fresh wave of global

uncertainty as governments and businesses scramble to figure out whether to rewire global

supply chains, reopen trade deals, and seek refunds for hundreds of billions of dollars in tariffs.

So clearly, Richard, the Wall Street
