0:05.1	newsletter is going to be, I asked her out, but she needs to think about it. So I've got an email
0:10.7	here from a guy and I can tell he's kind of shy and he's suffering from the nice guy syndrome. He's
0:18.7	also projecting his high interest on this woman that he's interested in.
0:23.6	And he made the mistake of getting a woman's number and thinking because she gave the number
0:28.4	that she's really interested. And he's ignoring the fact that she's not really making much
0:34.5	of an effort. And this is really important. And it's just when I read emails like this,
0:37.7	it just reminds me of what my teenage years and early 20s were like when I didn't know any better.
0:43.0	And I wasted a lot of time, a lot of time being hung up on women like this that were nice and they
0:49.9	were friendly, but they had no interest thinking that I'm going to eventually convert them to a
0:55.4	girlfriend. And it wasn't until, I think it was like 20, probably 22, 23, that after it had happened
1:03.9	with the last one, I was just thinking, this is ridiculous. And it's just something finally clicked for me
1:08.6	that I realized that if there's no reciprocation,
1:11.1	I'm literally wasting my time.
1:13.9	And so we all tend to get to this point, hopefully sooner rather than later.
1:19.7	But, I mean, I see guys in their 50s and 60s still doing these things.
1:23.0	But you got to learn some time.
1:26.5	So I got a quote that I wrote and and we'll go through this guy's email
1:29.8	because i just because when you're stuck on somebody that doesn't make the effort and you're
1:34.9	thinking about it all the time you're out of the game you don't even notice anybody else that's
1:40.0	interested in you because you're so fixated on somebody that's not reciprocating at all.
1:46.2	So that's the vibe.
