When you first go in, how soon is it before that you're exposed to an autopsy?

A day. What?

If you work the streets for any length of time, which lots of my services on the streets,

you do encounter a lot of death and a lot of bodies.

I was on Firearms, one of the first Firearms specialist,

and we were just on call all day, every day. It was 12 years to cover the county,

and I was one of four that was qualified in all the range of weapons, including sniper rifles.

When we got to the search team, although we were a counter-terrorist search team,

we very soon got in discussion with some middle-ranking CID officers

who realised that the very, very, very meticulous search

techniques that we employed at an explosive scene could be deployed at a crime scene.

Well, Sunday afternoon, 2, 10, witness, I've got to call intruders on a chemical factory,

which is just off the main street, myself and my partner rolled up, and get to who we found.

Forgot something about 10 or 12 or something.

He was beginning to have a bit of a reputation, I suppose. A bit of a pie-piper,

such a character. You know, a kid would flock around him, but the problem was,

not that they'd been feeling muscles and testing biceps as it were. It was the fact that there's

a crowd of people there. Well, did he kill him?
