With all that said, let's dive into the episode for this week.

Well in this episode we are continuing in the series called I Am Who I Am.

We're exploring the huge multifaceted portrait of God in the pages of Scripture and the storyline of Scripture.

And this series at this point we're well into a number of teachings about the person and work and the portrait of God's spirit throughout the Bible.

What we're going to look at in this episode is the way that the spirit's presence in the storyline of the Bible.

In the storyline of the Bible is often connected to a physical building, the temple, or the sacred space where God's presence and glory takes up residence.

The major theme uniting the storyline of the Hebrew Scriptures.

It's also a major theme that the New Testament authors used to talk about who Jesus is, the one in whom God's glory dwelt and was visible.

But then also the theme continues on into the book of Acts and to the letters of the apostles in the New Testament.

And temples, you know, depends on what kind of culture you grew up in.

And most of modern Western culture, temples and sacred holy spaces is not really a thing for most people anymore.

At least they don't use that language to describe it.
