Since I've left my rules back home. Hi everyone. We are back. Oh my goodness with season four of the Free Birth Society podcast.

Four years?

My God.

This is so exciting, it's crazy, it's hard for me to even wrap my head around it.

I'm Emily Saldaya and wow, just what a year.

I do want to send my love out to each and every one of you

with a reminder that now is the time to shed ourselves

of the bullshit, to set those boundaries,

purify that toxicity, increase that self-care, and stand for the light.

We have to make it mean that, right?

This year is such a deep invitation for all of us to fully embody our roles as powerful women in our communities,

matriarchal leaders, and our families,

and to stand together for and with women and families and ourselves.

I know that we're all feeling the polarization,

the intensity, but remember your sisters are out there.
