and I would now like to introduce you to a new meditation

that actually even goes deeper into who we are

and our sense of identity,

how we slowly shift from all provisional identities

to an identity which is timeless.

And this can also lead to a better understanding of what we are calling reincarnation.

But the main purpose of this meditation is also to discover the answer to the question,

Who am I?

So sit quietly with your eyes closed, have your feet firmly on the ground. Use a backrest or a chair to make sure that your spine is erect and that you're comfortable.

And close your eyes.

And just let's observe our breath for the next, let's say, two minutes.

Okay, so I'm going to keep quiet for two minutes.

And all you have to do is observe the breath as it goes in through your nostrils

and then as it goes out through your nostrils.
