I'm good, James. Thanks for having me, man.

It's a very sensitive subject. I've got it, but honestly, no many people would touch these things.

I wouldn't have went near it if it was in a court of law and you were found guilty.

But it was a civil case, you were found guilty, court of law, there was no evidence

where it couldn't go to court. Is that correct?

That's correct. I think there was insufficient evidence.

I think the kind of reason me got the threshold wasn't met to go to a criminal court.

And that's just one of those things. It's not to me.

It's up to the crown. And I know the accuser, she feels badly, rightly so about that.

But I'm the same as her. I don't feel like I've had just this.

I feel like I feel like we're both being put in a almost in limbo

because we're never going to get the justice that we both seek.

Like I say, this is a very sensitive subject. I'm not a judge. I'm not a jury.

I'm just done. I feel as if everybody deserves a chance to tell us story.

To a degree, like I say, as if you were charged, that criminal court wouldn't have had a job.

No, I get that. I don't mean that.
