I am safe in this moment. I'm going to get through this. I'm strong, I'm resilient, and

I have survived 100% of my worst days. I am prepared to handle anything, and all will

be resolved soon. I focus on what I can control and make peace with the rest of it. I know

that brighter days are ahead of me. I remain calm in the meantime. I focus on one thing at

a time, and I'm gentle with myself. I'm feeling more and more relaxed by the minute, because

I trust myself, and I know everything is going to work out. I find comfort in the long, slow,

deep breaths. I am balanced. My anxiety will not control me. It's just a temporary state of

feeling that will pass. I'm on my way to feeling a lot better. I am fearless. I am brave. And I am

fully capable of handling change or challenges that come my way. When overwhelmed comes knocking,

I know how to pause and take things one step at a time. It's okay to slow down. It's okay to

take my time. I listen to my body's signals. I rest when I need rest. I move when I need to move.

I am so into me. So alive and completely free.
