Here's the thing, most people, you may have heard me say before, most people view their failures as flaws. Most people, the reason why we hate failure so much is because most people's paradigm is I am not enough.

They're core to the core of them, whether it's they're afraid of failure, they're afraid of rejection, they're afraid of success, they're afraid of being about parent or not having enough money or all of those things, they're core at their core.

It's I'm not enough. And so when you fail, that is putting a spotlight 100% on I am not enough. And so that's why most people hate failing and they see their failures as flaws.

1:35.0

Your failures are not flaws. The intention that you put to something, the importance that you give to something is going to dictate how you feel about it and how it actually acts in your life.

Most people fail and then it's like a flaw. It's like a scar. They hate that feeling of failure because they feel boom right there. I am not enough. And it's a spotlight right on that I'm not enough. So people try to avoid failure. People try to not even start because they don't want to fail.
