episode of Bitches Better. I'm your host Raven and I have missed y'all. It's been a minute since we've

spoken one-on-one. Since we've spoken at all, to be honest, like a little over a week maybe. I've just

had a lot going on between traveling, exhaustion,

being in a foul mood for several days in a row because I was spread so thin, like literally

running on fumes and gummy worms and just dangerously close to a mental breakdown. But that was then, and this is now, and I'm here,

and I'm back on my bullshit. Most importantly, I'm happy to be here. But in true Raven fashion,

I'm teetering on the edge of a crashout. So just keep that in mind. Oh, my God. Let me tell you, I've had my aura ring for at least two years,

but I go through phases of actually paying attention to the insights on the aura app because really I got

the ring to use as birth control with the natural cycles app. Well, they've got all this new stuff on there now.

And one of the things it tracks is your daytime stress. So two days last week, I got this message

saying, wow, you've had more restorative time than usual. Great job. And then it showed how

much restorative time I usually have Great job. And then it showed how much restorative time I usually have on

average. Would you like to guess how much restorative time I generally have each day?

15 minutes. 15 minutes, y'all. The rest of my day is just stress, stress, stress. And you know what? I bet this is the case for a lot of people and they don't even know it. Well, maybe they do. The world is crazy. Either way, we got to do better. How? I don't know. But if I figure it out, I will absolutely let you know.

Anyway, I'm caught up on almost all of my shows.

Still have to watch Black Mirror.

We watched one episode the other night.

And then we have two episodes of Extracted because I watched those shows with Tonia.

So I couldn't watch them while I was away.

Not super caught up on the news because, like I said, I've been out of town.
