In fact, it's one of the most significant books in all of Scripture and significant historical documents

in all of the Bible. And I'm going to tell you why here in a second.

The book of Romans is written by the Apostle Paul to believers in Rome.

It has been recognized by scholars as the single most influential document in Scripture, because

this book speaks to every key issue to the Christian faith.

So the book of Romans, we're going to literally cover every key issue to the Christian faith. So the book of Romans, we're going to literally cover

every key issue to the Christian faith in this one book, which is why it's considered one of

the most or the most influential document in scripture. It presents the entire council of God in one

book. Paul had never been to Rome when he wrote the letter to the church in Romans, the book of Romans.

Though he had clearly expressed his desire to travel there, we know this in Acts 19.

Paul longed to go to Rome, but he wrote this book before he ever visited Rome.
