1:10.5	On Friday, two of the four pending suits were ruled on.
1:14.5	And the judge ruled that not only does the county have to give me public records, which is what I had asked for,
1:20.5	but also ruled that they were acting in bad faith towards me.
1:25.5	And that they have to now pay the maximum civil penalty, which isn't a crazy amount, the $1,500.
1:30.5	But it's something that's only happened a handful of times in Pennsylvania right to no law and the history of Pennsylvania right to no law.
