This is the fourth installment in the love and marriage series, and we are talking about what a man needs. And that's going to trigger a lot of women. What a man needs. It's going to trigger so many women right up front. Is it going to get like a copyright strike? Because I know I sounded exactly like. A lot of women aren't going to like me saying that right from the jump. Like, what does your man need? Because they're going to be like, well, what about what I need?

And ladies, that's part of your problem. Yeah. And I speak from experience. No, seriously, I speak from experience. And it's like we tend to make everything all about us and our needs. And it's not that we don't matter. It's not that God doesn't care about our needs. It's not that our husbands don't care about our needs,

but I just feel like the more self-focused we are, as wives particularly, we just kind of

actually make ourselves more miserable that way. You know, we are called as women to be

the helpmate. So I was thinking about, you know, you're like, what's like really the topic?

And I told you I want to end this on like a really high note, thriving marriages,

tending to the needs of the spouse and operating within that design of catering to the needs

of one another.

And women are slaves and men are the masters.

Heresy.

My pregnancy brain completely took over.

Literally, what was I saying?

So I've just been thinking about the needs.

And kind of in that reflection, honestly, I've been thinking more about what you need for me

to prepare for this conversation more than what I actually need from you.

Because I feel like when I flip the script just in my own mind in that

regard within our marriage, within the confines of our actual marriage, that's when things

really, really began to thrive.
