There is one reason, in one reason only, that we are doing this podcast.

And it's because for some reason, before the season started, I made a promise.

I made a promise to you, the faithful listener, who for some reason is listening right now, that we would do one win, lose, or draw. Hadn't been a draw yet, although this one was drawn after 60 minutes. That's the only reason we're doing it. It's because we made that promise. And there are people, you, the one that I'm talking to right now, you're the one listening. So we are happy to do it for you.

We're not particularly happy about the result of the game.

LSU falls in overtime to Arkansas.

Great defensive performance from LSU.

Subpar offensive performance.

Some interesting things that happened on offense,

with Garrett Nussmeyer getting his first extended run of the season.

But it was overall a pretty bad night in Tiger Stadium.

Mostly because like, and look, I'll be perfectly transparent here, Hester.

I don't like being cold.

When I get cold, I get cranky.

Okay.

And the top 10 coldest nights of my life, I think five of them are Arkansas games.

Like this is when the weather turns.

Every year, whenever LSU plays, Arkansas, doesn't matter if it's the second week of November or the fourth around Thanksgiving.

It's always freezing cold.
