My name is Chad Himes and I get the pleasure today of interviewing a winner.

That's right.

I want you to meet a winner and his name is JP.

We're going to have JP introduce himself a little more to you, but if you're watching

the video of this, you just see that beard and you know this guy's a winner.

We're having some fun getting ready for this interview and this opportunity and I can't

wait to talk about it.

So we are talking about the traits of a winner and today we have the pleasure of discussing

being patiently impatient with probably one of the industries, I say it's an industry,

but one of the industries that understands being patiently impatient more than any other

industry and that's the military because nobody else teaches you to hurry up and wait.

How are you today?

Hi, I'm good Chad, thanks for having me.

We're going to have so much fun on this one for a few reasons.

Just before we started recording, as you said, your chair broke, you almost up and ended

the whole desk over there, me about 30 seconds before the interview, I got a text from Bob

that said, can't make it, something came up.

So it's going to be just us.

I had to do a whole restart on the computer.
