Podcasting played nobody, Bill, it's become a tradition in my home in college football season to deal with a broken dehumidifier.

Do you want to know why?

Why is that?

Because of hurricanes.

I am now getting ready for a hurricane that's going to hit Carolina in a big bad way.

Yeah.

Pretty nasty.

But all the way in Landlocked, Tennessee, in the middle, literally, in the middle of middle Tennessee in

Nashville Tennessee last year while everyone was watching Ohio State

Indiana it was the first like real game of the season you remember that a

week one yeah it was pouring rain here because of the hurricane whose name I can't even remember anymore, but I know it caused the BYU game, BYU LSU to move from Houston to New Orleans. So that storm, whatever it was,

tailed through and went north into Middle Tennessee. And it put so much rain in my

house that we had to pump water out of the basement and we had to set up a dehumidifier, the whole deal.

We are now preparing for the exact same thing to happen for a storm that's happening hundreds and hundreds of miles away.

So it is now a college football tradition.

The dehumidifier I bought has broke since because it has worked overtime.

This pisses me off to no end to the point where I'm literally entering a show about it.

So you had the brilliant idea on today's show for our guest to be a meteorologist with a college

football background who can actually put some of this annoyance

and seismic change in culture for college football and, you know, earth in perspective.
