I have raised roughly three times as much as a Democratic candidate, and our numbers are going up.

His numbers are going the opposite direction.

So what I'm hoping is that he will do the same self-reflection that I do and go, what is best

for the country, not what is best for me, not what is best for the party, but what is best

for the country.

And given the times we live in, I believe the

importance of this election is such that hopefully we all make the right decision. Welcome to Independent Americans.

And I'm coming to you from New York City, USA, where the weather here is very nice again, very, very nice, almost as nice as in South Dakota, where there's a man running for Senate out there that lives by a code, the cowboy code of the West.

More on that in a second. Today's artist is building on that theme. Today's artist is the country music superstar Toby Keith, because his very first

single was, should have been a cowboy. Many, many years ago, a much more mainstreamed Toby Keith with the line, I should have been a cowboy,

I should have learned to rope and ride, wearing my sick shooter, riding my pony on a cattle drive.

I think nowadays, when things are chaotic, a lot of us would like to be a cowboy.

Toby Keith also had American Soldier, which was very popular, courtesy of the red, white, and blue right after 9-11, which was very popular and controversial. Should have been a cowboy. I love this bar. Red Solo Cup. And honestly, one of my favorite songs of all time, beer for my horses, with, of course, the great Willie Nelson. It's a song that my soldiers and I used to play in Iraq. It's a song about justice.

You know, justice is the one thing you should always find. You got to saddle up your boys.

You got to draw a hard line. When the gun smoke settles, we'll sing a victory tune.

And we'll all meet back at the local saloon. Now, Toby Keith was not without controversy.

He got into a big battle with Natalie Mains of the Dixie Chicks.

They went back and forth. He had a doctored photo of her next to Sanam Hussein. She had a fuck Toby Keith shirt on.
