It always happens this time of year. People are really excited to get back into the swing of things after perhaps checking out a little bit for the summer. And I feel like it may be

extra big this feeling this year because some people are getting back

into the swing of things for the first time all year because 2020. And so here we are.

Our inboxes are bopping. People are enthusiastic. People want to make deals, get answers, be a little bit aggressive, and it can feel like a lot.
