I'd love to know from the get go. How did you get involved with the practice of breathwork and becoming a breathwork facilitator.

It's been a journey of a long amount of healing and seeking seeking first for myself, my own personal healing and then sharing, you know, the magic of what was happening for me with others and bringing that into my coaching practice.

So one day I just almost accidentally found this breathwork that what I call the alchemical breathwork that literally was life changing for me and I had the most wild, you know unexpected experience of
