0:02.0	And this week I want to talk a little bit about traveling to hunt, especially because for a lot of guys in the Midwest, it's kind of getting to that time of the year where things get a little bit sad.
0:11.9	You know, waterfall season is kind of coming to a close.
0:15.1	And not waterfall season necessarily, but duck season for sure.
0:18.9	You know, a lot of us, at least in Minnesota,
0:21.1	we're still hunting geese until close to the end of December.
0:24.9	So, yes, there's still birds to hunt.
0:27.3	It just all changes.
0:28.6	And obviously, late season is some of my favorite time of the year to hunt geese.
0:32.6	There's nothing cooler than like a blizzard hunt for a goose.
0:36.1	That's amazing.
0:37.1	But I want to talk a little about traveling.
0:39.4	I think it's something that as you go through your waterfowl hunting career,
0:45.1	you get excited about being able to go different places and see what the birds are like
0:50.9	in those different places and being able to experience the different weather
0:54.8	and the hunting environments and the, um, you know, the different, I think like outside of just ducks,
1:01.4	but like the wildlife you'll see. Like even when we went to Canada this year and you're seeing like,
1:06.7	you know, one night, yeah, one night Matt and I went out and we were coming back to the, um, spot that we were staying at and we saw, yeah, one night, Matt and I went out and we were coming back to the spot that we were staying at.
1:13.4	And we saw like 20 elk and we saw a muley deer.
1:19.2	We saw a whittere. We saw a whitetail deer. We saw a moose.
1:22.1	Yep.
1:22.7	And about every species of waterfall you can think of, like all on this one drive.
