On April 8, 1992, 26-year-old Robin Foldhauer was by herself in the Payless Shoe Store she managed. The business was right next door to a busy gas station, but no one seems to have noticed when a man came

into the shoe store, shot Robin to death, and then disappeared.

Over the next month, this unknown killer would murder a total of six people in stores in Indiana, Kansas, and Missouri.
