So your ranch is in Texas.

So this is a lease property.

One, how do you go about lease and property in Texas?

Because, I mean, I think that's everybody's question is they just don't know where to go and how to go about it.

It is, you know, of course there's all these high-tech websites that have them, Texas

Parks and Wildlife, even tried to, but I mean, really it's no, and there was a lease, I don't

know, 15 years ago that we stumbled onto up in the hill country in Blanco, closer to where

I live in near San Antonio.

And we walked into a feed store and there was just a piece of paper like with a pin stuck into this court board that was ripped out that said call this number.

And, you know, so I think it's like anything.
