Well it's mid-summertime and big bucks and bulls are showing their potential.

Last week I was driving in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains here and saw a good

mule deer buck kind of peeking out of a tree line as the dusk began to fall

sunlight was coming off the meadow and I can tell he was just waiting and

watching before coming out and man it just reminded me how much I love hunting early season mulees with a bow or whatnot.

A couple days later I saw a big bachelor group of bull elk with velvet colored ant Antlers and that got me cranked up all over again.

So Fall can't get here fast enough for me.

Now today we're doing something pretty cool.
