Historically, hunters were traditional hunters. They grew up in a family of hunters and so they became hunters and now we have a lot of people who didn't grow up in hunting families, but they want to begin hunting.

It's a fellowship split between BHA and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

I interned for BHA when I was at University of Montana for just under two years. I graduated this past May and a few weeks later started full time with BHA.
