It's a Friday in the summer in August. Typically in the past, we'd be having lots of fun talking about nonsensical topics, but on Fridays, particularly in the summer,

in Washington, when they don't want you talking about something, they will drop a story. It's called the Friday News Dump, and it used to have a lot more significance than it does today, because there was a time really when people only relied on newspapers and television, and maybe some radio shows for their news. And you could bury things easier on the weekends, but it's very... Now a day is very difficult to do that. Thank God. I mean, it's one of the good things about the internet is that stuff like this happens,

we can all make sure that it gets talked about. Now the corporate media is going to do their best to spin it anyway, so leave them out of it for a second. But on a Friday in the summer, when typically you'd be talking about whether or not you apply sunscreen lotion by spraying it or lotion, the old fashioned way, instead we're talking about a special counsel. Why is there a special counsel? And why is there a special counsel in Hunter Biden's probe? Hunter Biden is not the president of the United States.

The special counsel statute exists in situations where there's credible questions regarding the president of the United States of America. So why are we investigating Hunter Biden with a special counsel who was just the US attorney in Delaware who was investigating Hunter Biden?

If they wanted to have a special counsel, what we've been asking for the last year and a half is appoint a special counsel to look into the allegations surrounding Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden is the accessory. Joe Biden is the crime here. Joe Biden is the guy.

He was the vice president of the United States of America in the years, 2014, 2015, 2016, while he was helping his son and his family members get rich.

This special counsel probe should be looking into Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden and should be looking into it and then submitting a report on whether or not as vice president of the United States, Joe Biden committed high crimes and misdemeanors, bribery and should be impeached for his actions with a recommendation to Congress.

That's what this should be. Instead, this is an investigation to make everything around Joe Biden go away. And as extension of that to protect Barack Obama, that's what's happening here. That's what's going on here.

First, let's let's go backwards here. Let's go back. Remember the plea deal that's announced and everybody called their sweetheart deal, but not me. I said, I beg you, I said, please, don't call it a sweetheart deal. Call it anything else but that.

But what you should call it is corruption, obstruction of justice because that's what it was. They said to Hunter Biden, art, you agree to this gun charge. You get a little slap on the wrist. And as a consequence, you don't have to tell us where your money came from, who your clients were, none of that.

And he agreed to it. The Department of Justice. It was almost as if the Department of Justice was acting as his defense team. They go to court and thank God there was a judge there who looked through this and read it and said, wait a second.

You mean that this gives him immunity for anything he may or may not have done and gives him immunity for basically for life? And they said, yeah.

Except he could be charges, you know, like with failure registers, a foreign agent or something in the future. But but everything, everything in the past is basically nothing. It's all gone.

But there is that little possibility that they, since the investigations ongoing, they could get him with that, which of course would be a slap on the wrist.

But that alone was enough to make Hunter Biden's legal team say, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. That's not what we agreed to. And it blew up.

And then when it blew up, everybody realized something. Maybe the judge was doing the American people a favor here because the judge had really no way to reject this. Her hands were tied, basically.

She even made that point in court. And by raising questions and then having the Justice Department confirm that yes, theoretically, they could still charge Hunter Biden with things not related to this.

Because remember something, anything related to what was in that plea agreement, he would get complete an utter immunity for everything.

But nothing in that plea agreement had the failure to register as a foreign agent. That's what they got Paul Manafort on.

I remember that day they showed up in Paul Manafort's house. All those FBI agents, CNN just happened to be in the neighborhood that day when 25 heavily armed FBI agents stormed Paul Manafort's apartment.

It was for that reason of failure to register as a foreign agent. So the judge, knowing your hands are tied here in this, asked these questions.
