When Donald Trump was convicted of fraud by a jury of 12 New Yorkers last week it threatened to upend what has really been a campaign on a knife's edge.

This weekend, Trump's lead attorney admitted that, while unlikely, it's entirely within the realm

of possibility that his client is sent to prison.

I think we have a lot of fair complaints with the way that this trial was conducted

and I think ultimately President Trump will be vindicated on appeal.
